It sits closer to that of a compact fairway wood than it does a hybrid. For some, this will inspire additional confidence but for me, as a 3-handicap index player, it has gone too far. If I wanted a larger hybrid, I’d put in a 7-wood. The TSR2 hybrid (left) has a larger profile at address than the outgoing TSi2 hybrid.
