I also like the increase in loot. I got an Infinity and Butcher yesterday at Digistruct Peak. I recently rebuilt Gaige for specifically for Anarchy (as DT is pretty useless in UVHM OP8, which is disappointing) and found using orphan maker to stack anarchy, then switching to the Unkempt Harold to most effective.

Here's how to do the glitch. Stand near a transition spot (example: from The Fridge to Fink's Slaughterhouse) and unequip whatever shield you're using. Activate Deathtrap. Shock and Aargh. Is pretty much only visual pollution and a great way to set off any barrels near you. Did not look further at the build. The only sensible way to run an Anarchy build is to go full in to Nth Degree 5/5, Close Enough 5/5, Preshrunk Cyberpunk 5/5, then literally any other skills you want.
