Quick update. Changed the bypass/regulator valves and springs in the oil filter housing with no change. Took valve covers off and found a blown o-ring on the oil connection tube for the jake housing that was blowing oil all over the place. Replaced all the O-rings on all 3 tubes and now my hot idle oil pressure is in the low twenties at 700 rpm.
