As is, I agree, it's not worth it since Holy Sword doesn't stack with the crit enhancers from any of the classes that you need to take to have a decent enhancement tree. They're tankier, get a nice battle trance, smite, their heals buff their Allies, they get haste and blur, and lots of melee bonuses. And they get way more mp too. Being a party healer for non-top-tier content doesnt require too much investment.
